💳 Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all payments and transactions made to Exprs Techno Logistics Private Limited.


1. Service-Based Model

All services offered by Exprs Techno Logistics Private Limited are project-based and customized as per client requirements. Once a project or campaign is approved and initiated, it is considered non-refundable.


2. Cancellations

  • Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to contact@adryt.com before campaign launch or execution.
  • Cancellations after service commencement may be eligible for partial refunds, subject to management review.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted:

  • If the payment was made in error and no services have been rendered
  • If a campaign cannot be executed due to issues solely attributable to Exprs Techno Logistics Private Limited

4. Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
